4 large baking potatoes, cooked and split

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

1 tomato, chopped

1 bag (12 oz.) Birds Eye® SteamFresh Broccoli Florets, cooked according to package directions

1/2 cup sour cream
Directions

Bake Beer Battered fillets according to package directions. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine prepared broccoli florets, ½ cup cheddar cheese and tomato. Gently stir in fish.

Evenly top potatoes with mixture. Sprinkle each with remaining cheese and dollop with sour cream
Kitchen Tip: Time Saver: Pierce baking potatoes with fork or knife. Arrange on paper towel and microwave on high 5 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are almost done. Add to the oven with the Fish Sticks and remove when the fish is done. (This will give you a crispy skin on the outside of the potato)
